The apartment is on Paseo Misionero Luis Fontes Servet, in Santiago y Zaraiche, in northern Murcia’s Juan Carlos I area. This peaceful residential neighbourhood has gardens, parks and open spaces, providing a well-connected base for relaxing and enjoying the city.
The apartment is filled with natural light and features a spacious private terrace, perfect for enjoying Murcia’s warm weather, having breakfast outdoors, unwinding at the end of the day or sharing a special dinner with views over the city.
The penthouse includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a TV with Netflix, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a bathroom and a bedroom. Its elegant, welcoming and contemporary décor makes it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

A terrace made for unwinding
We loved how bright the penthouse was and how much care had gone into every detail. Breakfast on the terrace was one of the highlights of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a parking space in the building was very convenient. A peaceful stay in a lovely apartment.
