Charming apartment, cozy, stylish, very bright, and with a spectacular terrace.
Our apartment is completely rebuilt in 2015 and renovated in 2022, always with the highest qualities. It is decorated in a modern style, with a Nordic touch.
It is a very well located apartment to spend a few days in Murcia as a tourist, or for those people who for work or business have to move to our city.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, free high-speed wifi internet connection, air conditioning with a heat pump, Netflix, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make travelers feel at home, with a microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary tools for cooking.
The living room is very bright, with a large window that gives access to the terrace and has a sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed.
Our accommodation has a large terrace of 70 meters where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of Murcia, as well as a romantic dinner by candlelight.
It has a parking space in the same building.

It is located on Avenida Juan Carlos I, one of the best areas of Murcia.
Perfectly communicated with a streetcar stop and a bus stop just one minute away.
The Espinardo campus of the UMU and the UCAM are very well connected to the accommodation by streetcar.
The avenue has a bike lane and there is a bike station a few meters away, so you can use this efficient and healthy means of transport.
For those who like to walk, the city center is a 15-minute walk away.
The area has many services, bars, cafes, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a regional library, a gymnasium, a video club, etc.
